Their communications were clear and to the point. Although they did commit the error of using URLs with encrypted personal information, they alleviated the problem by providing a reasonable alternative:
Q: Unable to Print a Ticket Confirmation?
A: Bring your confirmation code #deletedand a photo ID.
Nice. Sure hope TT the Bear’s starts using them instead of the other guys.
